DELIVERY AND RETURNS
SHIPPING
All orders are carefully packed and shipped within 48 hours of purchase whenever possible. If an item is out of stock or requires special handling, I’ll reach out right away with an update.
US DELIVERY
All U.S. orders ship via USPS First Class Mail from my New York studio.
Shipping is charged at a flat $14 rate (covers up to two prints in one shipment). You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your package is on its way.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International. Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, though customs processing may extend this to 2–3 weeks depending on the destination.
RETURNS
Because each print is made to order, returns are accepted only in the case of damage or error.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and I’ll be happy to arrange a replacement or refund.
Unfortunately, at this time I’m unable to provide free return shipping.
TEES
T-shirts are printed on demand through my production partner and shipped directly from their facility. For that reason, tees cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of misprints or defects. If there’s an issue with your order, please email me right away with a photo so I can help resolve it quickly.
SCARVES
Scarves are shipped directly from my New York studio. If you need to return a scarf, please contact me first to confirm eligibility and mailing instructions.
Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received in its original condition.
Please use a trackable shipping method and allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
