DELIVERY AND RETURNS

SHIPPING

We endeavour to ship all orders within 48 hours of the order being placed. If an item is out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible to notify you. 

US DELIVERY

All US Orders are shipped via First Class United States Postal Service (USPS) FREE of charge.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders will be shipped via USPS First Class International Postal Service. Items usually arrive within 5-7 working days however please note that international shipments can take up to 3 weeks.

RETURNS

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return it within 14 days for a full refund.  Simply contact kirsten@kirstenulve.com and we will provide a return address. Scarves must be in pristine condition to be refunded must arrive within the 14 day exchange period to be eligible for a refund or exchange. 

Unfortunately, at this time we cannot provide free shipping on returns.  

Tee shirts are printed on demand and cannot be returned (sorry!)

Scarves that that are returned to us will not be processed until we have received the package at the Kirsten Ulve studio.

Please allow 3-5 days working days for your money to show up in your account. We recommend that you send your returns using a tracking number.
