SHIPPING
Fine art prints typically ship within 3–7 business days.
Print-on-demand products may ship separately and may require additional production time depending on the item.
Scarves and ready-to-ship products generally ship within 3–5 business days.
FINE ART PRINTS
All fine art prints are made to order and carefully inspected before shipment.
Because of the custom nature of these items, returns and exchanges are not accepted for change-of-mind purchases.
If your print arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at kirsten@kirstenulve.com with photos of the issue. Damaged or incorrect orders will be replaced at no additional cost.
PRINT ON DEMAND PRODUCTS

These items are produced by trusted third-party fulfillment partners.
Returns and exchanges are not accepted for sizing issues or change-of-mind purchases.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
SCARVES
Unused, unworn scarves in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.
